In a July 2011 this “Abejaruco Villa” with three bedrooms and three bathrooms was purchased by the private owners. This semi-detached villa is situated front golf on the central hill of Las Colinas Golf and Country Club. The luxury villa is used by the owner for up to 8 people (with a sofa bed), but the house is available for rent up to 6 people and 2 babies (max 2 years old). The plot measures approximately 450m2 and the indoor living space amounts to more than 150 m2. giving you plenty of space and room to relax in.

The outside terraces span 125m2 and the beatiful design garden with palm trees and local herbs as Rosemary and Lavender make it a wonderful retreat.

This villa has every comfort you could wish for. You can listen to your favorite music from on the iPod docking station. The satellite equipment allows you to enjoy West European television and radio and via the free broadband WiFi Internet connection you can access the World Wide Web. To keep you cool during the hot summer days and ensure you have a a good night’s sleep, the house is equipped with two air conditioning systems. Upstairs and downstairs are independently controlled. For colder days, the house has central heating and a fireplace. The villa is furnished with modern furniture in natural materials. Comfortable, super de luxe, clean, modern and warm atmosphere are just some words how visitors have used to describe this villa in Spain. The kitchen has modern appliances and even a Nespresso coffee system as well. A washing machine and ironing facilities are available for people who wish to stay longer periods (eg over winter).

The villa has three bedrooms with beds that also can be used as either single beds or as a double. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, 2 have a bath. The master bedroom even has a separate bath and a multi-person shower.

Spanish people like to enjoy outside living. The spacious patio has a comfortable lounge set and the large outdoor table has eight chairs. Here you can enjoy the landscaped garden with native plants and flowers. Or maybe use the Weber gas grill to prepare fresh meat and fish from region.

In spring 2012, a whirlpool was be built in the garden. From here you can overlook the golf course and enjoy the green environment. The whirlpool overflows into a plunge pool of 3x3m. This is not only fun (and relatively safe) for children, but also adults can take a dip to cool off. During the day you can sunbathe on the lounge cushions or hammock and in the evening you will enjoy the lighted palm trees and pool in the garden. You will have a good view on the illuminated clubhouse which lies within walking distance and has several restaurants and bar.

Near the house is a spacious swimming pool. The pool has a restroom and shower facilities, sun beds, baby bath and a deep water bath.
